Innovative Executive: As an Associate Vice President at WVU, Summer Hartley spearheaded the establishment of the WVU Health Affairs Institute, fostering economic growth and job creation in the local community. Her leadership not only brought over 100 jobs to the area but also demonstrated her commitment to leveraging education and innovation for the betterment of West Virginia through the expansion of state partnerships.
